Hands down one the best cinematography I've ever seen In Anime, the art style and sound effects they used when shinra was getting his new power was insane the fact that he got an adola burst link and saw the captain die was also really satisfying.

David production really are amazing, I hope whenever the next season comes out it'll also be done by them.

One of the best Shonen shows out there I have been keeping myself away from it for a while because of the fanservice famous critic but honestly it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be except on certain episodes, and overall the amazing storytelling, animation, sound effects and soundtracks did very well on making me forget about that.

For a Shonen show it's definitely a 10/10
but on general rating I'd give it a 9/10.

And for anyone like me who's decided to read the manga you can start from chapter 174 and Google says that there aren't any skipped Manga content to worry about so have fun!

For some reason I love this season 2 of fire force enen no shouboutai I really love the art style and animation is very well done I love the little fan service and fire animation the story feels ok it's not that bad but the villains didn't do anything crazy here in this season but I still love this season it feels like this is the training arc and it show the other characters not just shinra

Playing the first OP in the ending was a great touch!
I'm going to miss this anime :)

Yeah season 2 defiantly clapped a shame they shot themselves in the foot with the beginning of season 1 a lot of ppl dropped and wrote it off

I was one of them that was supposed to stopped watching this anime after finishing season 1 but I have some time to kill and I enjoyed season 2 and I can't wait for season 3 because of that moon in soul eater

What was wrong with season 1

A lot of ppl (including myself) judged it's worth from the tasteless fan service from cat girl then at the most crucial time of it's popularity a lot of big anime youtubers where all collectively shitting on it even tho the majority didnt even finish it

I was wondering why the art style was similar to Soul Eater and finally googled it and it's the same Mangaka so makes sense.

This anime was fire!!! The fact that they took such a simple idea like Fire Fighters and
changed it up a bit to create this masterpiece is mind blowing. And I know some people complained about Tamaki being useless and only used for fanservice (which I had no issue with lol) but in season 3 I'm sure we'll get to see all that pent up power she had get put to use.

Very good anime, a lot of twist in emotions also I'm happy shinra become stronger near the end of the episode. A few got annoyed about tamaki's only purpose being fan service but for me sometimes it was just funny lmao 🤣.

Some ppl were really shitting on it cuz of tamaki (fan service and shit) but fr after watching the whole thing, this anime is the best new-gen I’ve ever watched. (prolly in my top 5 all time rn).

Also I think they put on an interesting turn with tamaki. A lot of girls struggle with being sexualised for a certain taste in clothes like she was with her twin tails. Moreover she never likes it when her lucky lecher lure activates. All of that and the resentment presented to her made her feel like she is the label that is put on her . Once she learned to respect herself things seemed to change for her and she was able to undo a layer of the barrier in her soul instead of a layer of clothes. Also the whole connection of layers of clothes associated with shyness and the disposal of them in order to reach the core of their true strenght makes Tamaki and Noto a well suited couple
